Neighbours are Pittsburgh's answer to the late 60s soul/psychedelia era. Their EP (a favorite at the Nac house)  is filled with perfect little garage pop masterpieces that feel like they could have played during the British Invasion or the 70s punk craze. This track, 'Popgirls' reminds me of early Elvis Costello.
